Modern 2 Bedroom All-En-Suite Near Downtown with EV Socket

Every thing was great,would definitely book again Host kept us updated on anything that was happening around the house.

The townhome was recently built and very clean. Very modern space. A/C worked great for the summer heat. The 3 bathrooms were icing on the cake.

There really isn’t anything to complain about. The host was very responsive and helped me with my issues right away. My stay was perfect!

I do appreciate the ability to check-in early as this trip was a surprise birthday celebration & the host waiving the early check-in costs was a nice buffer. The unit is beautiful, outside & inside was real cute. It matched the listing.

Dirty floors. Period. Walked around barefoot for 30 minutes and my feet started turning black. Dead bugs/beetles underneath carpet & couch (maybe they come in from backyard door idk) Area is a little sketch, there were two instance, one when someone walked straight into our property while we were grabbing walmart groceries from the front & then i think someone else just mistaken us for another unit. No soap in NONE of the soap bottles in the bathrooms, one had straight up water in it. Shower curtain in bedroom of Queen size bed has mold on entire bottom lining from soap scum build up. Garage has an overgrowth of black mold in the wall, something to be mindful of. The communication overall wasn’t the best, but when I was able to get in touch with the host he was flexible. I didn’t receive my check in information until an hour prior to my early check-in, i wasn’t reached out to about my experience during the course of the stay. And the check-in/check-out times were confusing. Listed as check out between 9-11am but sent me check out instructions stating 8am only to let me know check-out was for 10am. This property has the potential to really be great, I’m just not sure if the owner is completely hands-on or if someone else facilitates maintenance while they’re gone. Either way, it wasn’t worth $400+ for 2 days to not even have basics like SOAP in the bathrooms.
