The panoramic views are amazing. Maryam, who changed the bedding every 3rd day and tried hard to get the upper hand on the ants in the kitchen (surging from under sink cabinet) Mayan is a very friendly and helpful lady and efficient in what she is doing.

Constant nearly daily energy cuts, about 3 out of 4 days, starting usually at 6pm or 7pm for the rest of the evening until to midnight, what means no light, no television, no charging of iPhone or else. Twice a a consequence of this next morning no water (no shower, no coffee until to 10am or 11am) as the water pump is not working after electricity cut. This flat has also an ants in the kitchen area, even wiping the surface multiple times a day. A further issue has been twice during my stay very loud music from a beach party at the Kaure Sand Lodge next door, once until to 2.30am in the morning. Taxes and rates charged here very high for no Appartement without breakfast (hidden costs) I had a second booking for end of December after making the tour of spice island, I did cancel this second booking and left this stay two days earlier then paid for because of the problems I incountered and gave this as reason of cancellation to the owner 4 days ago, I did not get any reply from him since.
