The ‘jack and Jill’ shower was very good.

The apartment was very noisy from outside traffic and the sky train which ran constantly from 5am to 1am. Too noisy to have windows open. The one bath mat was so dirty it could not be used. The kitchen was lacking in utensils. Not enough glasses - 3 tumblers, one wine tumbler and I wine glass - 5 guests. No teaspoons. Only plastic tea plates. No tea towels so had to use a towel from the bathroom. No room to move in the bedroom with bunk beds. The air conditioning unit had a very large pipe coming out of the rear which had to be fed outside through an open window (letting in hot air! ) Only one bedroom had hanging space. We couldn’t work out how to switch on the light in the joint shower (maybe it wasn’t working? ) On arrival we didn’t know how to get into the garage to park our car and had to chase for instructions, which when they arrived were very complicated and unclear and inaccurate. On checking out, the fob had to be left in the apartment which meant moving the car out of the garage (as fob needed to access garage ) and finding a parking space close by. Fob duly left in apartment and garbage taken down to reception to put in shoot only to find concierge wouldn’t allow this as we were no longer in possession of a fob. Said it had to be disposed of in the bins outside by the road.
