Travelled with kids at the beginning of April. We absolutely loved the room, it was clean, cosy and really warm, the heating was on when we arrived, and it felt amazing in comparison to the cold and windy weather outside. All was perfect, starting with the location and finishing with small touches like sweets, sparkling clean cutlery, cups and glasses. Bathroom soap was amazingly smelling, made by "Prija". The room felt well-maintained and looked exactly as in the pictures - reasonably spacious and welcoming. Will definitely come back again!
Tap water was cold and had to be left running for a few minutes, but this is absolutely normal when using a boiler tank. I'm only mentioning this in case someone considers this a downside. We had a concern about the front door lock, which the owner addressed immediately, and I appreciate it greatly.
