Central location, walkable to many attractions and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Good shower. New kitchen. Spacious place. Great value for the money.
The temporary treatment of the broken bathroom ceiling and portable ac vent need more work to make the apartment perfect. The cushions on the sofa and chairs have some stains that can benefit from deep cleaning to make the living room more inviting.

Apartment was comfortable, kitchen was good although could do with a few more basics such as a bowl for mixing eg pancakes. Bathroom was good with an effective shower and bed was comfortable.
Outlook unpleasant onto a messy roof and a hostel for the homeless and drug addicts, meaning we kept the blinds closed most of the time. Also there was bad traffic noise in the early mornings. It was totally inadequate to be supplied with only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel each for a 2 week stay.
