Richmond Escape

We loved our stay at the Richmond Escape. Farah was a wonderful host with excellent communication. The location was great, easily walkable and nearby many shops and restaurants. We were close to the Richmond Theater, (Downton Abbey and Ted Lasso), the riverfront, as well as the train station. If we are ever in the area again, we will not hesitate to book here again.

The property is situated in a prime location, with easy access to shops and public transport. Farah is a very friendly and welcoming host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

We loved staying at this wonderful cottage. Each room was well decorated and painted, with lovely touches throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with good shower pressure. The living room was cosy, and the white kitchen was beautiful and full of light, with everything we needed to cook. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Richmond, with shops, restaurants and public transport within easy walking distance. Having a Waitrose just a few steps away was also very convenient. The host was attentive, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Sabrina and Matias

To be clear this property is lovely in that it is decorated very nicely and was very clean and more than enough space for us as a family of three. The location in terms of getting around Richmond is perfect. The owner was very nice.

There is just one building between the property and a bar called ginger wings, the property does not have double glazing. The bar had a party until 2:30am and it was as loud as if we were in the bar ourselves. I have never known volume like it. We did not sleep. I spoke to the owner who was very nice but ultimately it ruined the stay for us as we were exhausted.
