Appartamento nuovo e ben arredato. Ottima soprattutto la posizione a pochi metri da via Roma, la strada principale, centro della movida di Lampedusa. Aria condizionata efficiente in entrambi i vani. Lavatrice privata e funzionante. La dotazione di prodotti per l'igiene è basica (detersivo piatti e sapone mani) ma l'appartamento è ben attrezzato, c'è tutto ciò che serve persino macchinetta del caffè. Spaziosa la doccia.
Portone dello stabile un po' difficile da aprire nonostante ci abbiano fornito 2 mazzi di chiavi. La TV riusciva a sintonizzare pochissimi canali. Consiglio più ganci appendi asciugamani in bagno.
