La stanza era pulita e abbiamo apprezzato anche il cambio della biancheria dopo una settimana. Il proprietario della struttura è stato molto disponibile e gentile: quando si è bucata la gomma del nostro motorino, si è subito adoperato per aiutarci e ha provveduto a sistemarla in poco tempo. Un’ottima disponibilità e attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti.
L’unica piccola “pecca” della struttura, secondo me, è la mancanza di una lavatrice, che sarebbe sicuramente comoda soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi. Per il resto, era tutto ok come descritto!

Apartamento bem localizado, próximo da rua principal (Via Roma), amplo e com ar condicionado.
O Wi-fi é bem ruim. Outra melhoria seria a comunicação: o anfitrião não responde o WhatsApp, de forma que foi difícil encontrá-lo ao chegar no aeroporto, pois não se identificou com placa nem informou previamente como seria.

Friendly owner - there was a small safe in the room - location was excellent - Air conditioner was excellent - Balcony door double glazing - Fridge of a reasonable size - furniture adequate and floors and inside furniture clean - Cooking facilities were good - Location close to food market, grocery/fresh veg and bakery.
Mattress sub-standard for comfort (but newish). Mattress cover found underneath the mattress on the bed frame (very unhygienic), which means that the bed's not turned over and not protected from body fluids. The drains in the bathroom drain slowly, which means that when a person showers, water rises and the feet are in contact with water in the drains. There's no internet. An electric kettle and an iron should be provided, as this is listed as an apartment, not a hotel room.
