We didn't realize that the hearing system wasn't working. I set up the thermostat at 23 degrees hoping to get warmer and went to bed. The temperature stayed between 19-20. Not so bad but not great

Difficult to find. Isolated from main city in the middle of a business park. Restaurant closed on Sunday evening. Weak WiFi. Minimalist room decor. Automatic light in toilet comes on when you visit the loo in the middle of the night. Gizmo-ish room function controls.

really good choice from value for money point of view

We didn't expected much, but was very positively surprised. My wife really enjoyed our stay. Room was very recently renovated, all the facilities were quite new. Breakfast was also good enough. Night staff (we had late checkin) was very friendly.

I mentioned good breakfast which is so, but scrambled eggs definitely were not fresh. The room and bathroom was very clean, but on top of the shower door we had found someone's toothbrush - very unusual space to keep it, therefore it doesn't affect our score: again - room was very clean.

Clean, comfortable and well located I would recommend it for a stopover

The hotel was well located just off the main highway in a business complex - a bit strange but very convenient for an overnight stay between the Netherlands and France. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette and balcony. There was a restaurant in the hotel and several others within a short walk. The breakfast was served in the restaurant and provided a good buffet selection of hot and cold food.

The bed was against the wall on one side which may it difficult to get out without climbing over the other person

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Schone en goed ingerichte kamers. Voldoende parkeerplek bij hotel. Sportfaciliteiten aanwezig. Metrostation goed aan te lopen.

Temperatuur op kamer niet goed instelbaar. Erg warm. Matras voor ons te hard. Momenteel is er een grote bouwplaats naast het hotel. Er staat 24/7 een pomp of generator aan die geluidsoverlast veroorzaakt. We zijn een dag eerder vertrokken door deze overlast. Ontbijt zeer minimaal en geen glutenvrije opties beschikbaar.

Confort, modernité, propreté

Ce que j’ai moins aimé: Fonctionnement de l’installation électrique dans les chambres difficile à comprendre pour quelqu’un de ma génération. Je regrette les bons vieux interrupteurs. Portes très lourdes à ouvrir. A déconseiller aux personnes âgées. Déco intérieure aspect chantier surprenante: parroies des ascenseurs en Osb, plafond des chambres en béton brut, meubles du restaurant en aggloméré brut. Manque un accroche serviettes dans la salle de bain.

Emplacement idéal pour déplacement d affaires à Villeneuve d ascq

Les équipements trop modernes: la domotique en panne impossible de contrôler l'extinction de la lumière du salon. Il a fallu dormir 2 nuits lumière éclairée Les oreillers ne me permettent pas d avoir un sommeil de qualité et réparateur.

Un must sur Lille

La taille du studio et ses équipements. La propreté. La literie d'un confort exceptionnel. Le parking gratuit. Tout est neuf et bien entretenu. Le personnel accueillant et toujours prompt à donner un top en plus.

Miejsce jest dobre tylko na krótki pobyt.

Wystarczająca ilość kontaktów. Pralko suszarka.

Brak czajnika do zagotowania wody na herbatę. Brak tabletek do zmywarki ( ani jednej). Brak jakiegokolwiek środka do prania. Nawet jedna tabletka do prania byłaby miła. Brak gąbki żeby umyć naczynie. Trzeba było się nakombinować żeby była woda w toalecie. Smart home system . Nad łóżkiem, dokładnie nad głową światło świeciło się cały czas. Manualnym wyłącznikiem można było go tylko zmniejszyć o połowę. Brak ogrzewania. Było bardzo zimno. Brak suszarki stacjonarnej na pranie. Bardzo słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Zapytałam pokojówkę gdzie mam wrzucić śmieci po dwóch dniach pobytu ona mi odpowiedziała że nie wie.

L'établissement a ouvert il y a quelques mois, tout est neuf. La décoration est sobre et élégante. Le concept de "communauté" est très intéressant par ses espaces, tant intérieurs qu'extérieurs, pour voyager, seul ou entre amis, pour des évènements familiaux ou pour les espaces de co working, salles de réunions pour séminaires...l'offre est complète!

Mooi nieuw hotel met fijn schone kamer.

Mooi nieuw hotel, vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, mooie schone kamer met zithoekje en balkon. Plek om de fietsen droog en veilig te parkeren. Gratis en genoeg parkeerruimte. Goede uitvalsbasis voor zowel Lille als Roubaix

Gangen en kamer erg warm (ook al stond verwarmt uit). Gelukkig kon het raam open en hebben we dat elk nacht gedaan. Helaas geen draai -kiep stand om het raam de hele nacht open te laten. De kamer die wij hadden bleek een van de nieuwste te zijn en nog niet helemaal af.

L'atmosphère générale est sympathique, multiforme, resto, hotel, activités sportives. Le cadre est très agréable et les chambres très confortables.

La chambre au 1er étage lorsque des personnes prolongent agréablement la soirée en terrasse peut être bruyante, préférer une chambre plus éloignée.

Établissement moderne et très récent. Design contemporain et très fonctionnel. Personnel d'une grande gentillesse, aimable et serviable. Propreté irréprochable. Accueil 24/7. Emplacement pratique à proximité des axes autoroutiers. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour la prestation. Taille très appréciable de la chambre qui était plus un grand studio. Et un balcon

Localisation par rapport à mes activités. Le personnel présent à l’accueil sur une très grande plage horaire. La gentillesse de presque tout le personnel en tous cas de la très grands majorité des personnes.

Le fait que l’hôtel et Booking me « baladent » de l’un à l’autre toute une journée pour obtenir un justificatif de frais

Sehr gut……

Neu, modern und schick…..aber das Eine oder Andere fehlt noch oder muss sich noch einspielen. Zum Beispiel fehlte der Stuhl, der auf dem Bild zu sehen ist. Es war keine Waschlotion in Bad und Dusche, die allerdings sofort gebracht wurde. Unpraktisch ist auch der Safe nahezu auf dem Boden. Dass es keine Schränke mehr gibt kann man bei einer Nacht verschmerzen. Zumindest gab es eine Tür zum Bad…… und einen Balkon. Das Frühstück war durchaus ok…. nur Rührei ist in Frankreich oftmals furchtbar. Absolut künstlich und von unangenehmer Konsistenz. Wir hatten ein Angebot unter 100€ inkl. Frühstück und Parkplatz und das war es mehr als Wert! Personal sehr nett und bemüht.

Restaurant und Bar hatten Sonntags geschlossen und da es abseits in einem (ruhigen) Gewerbegebiet liegt, ist die Auswahl nicht groß. Wir erhalten im Hotel einen Tipp für eine Brasserie, die in der Nähe ist und die war gut. Ansonsten war außer den erwähnten Kleinigkeiten wenig alles prima.

Net en comfortabel verblijf.

Alles zag er heel mooi uit. Heerlijke bedden en een parkeergarage. Daarnaast een aparte ruimte om de fietsen te stallen. Fietsen naar Lille is goed te doen.

Uitleg pasjes gebruik in de liften. Bij aankomst geen informatie over de Wifi. Geen folders met informatie over Lille of leuke parken enz.
