Lovely cottage in peaceful picturesque surroundings. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Clean and welcoming.
Uncomfortable seating in the lounge - difficult to relax in there. Otherwise lovely.

The location is perfection. Waking up to all that nature was amazing! The size of the property was great for 4 people. Ample room for chilling in the garden & playing about outside.
Unfortunately we arrived and the house was just not up to par. Things were broken (bedside drawer front on the floor, radiator slats, wine glass, extractor hood had to be attached back near ceiling, TV remote). There was no hairdryer, bin liners, hoover, only 1.5 toilet rolls for 4 guests for 3 nights and the mini toiletries were neatly displayed ... but empty. The shower has no pressure and if you used the second hose the moment you bring it lower the water stops running.
For the price, the standard really didn't reflect this.
The owner was contacted at the start of the stay and informed of the breaks we found on arrival.

Gorgeous location, nice and quiet, remote. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen.
It was all nice and clean and the heating worked well
Plenty of parking space.
This isn’t a criticism, more my preference,
A welcome pack of a few basics would have been nice, or some coffee pods for the machine.
Some details on any local walks.
There was a strange smell in the bathroom.

Lovely stay at Spa Cottage. The host was excellent and very helpful. The cottage was spotless and beautifully presented. The location is stunning with lovely views. We will definitely book again and look forward to coming back.
