Very clean and modern. Brand new. Easy to have private parking. All amenities foreseen (oil, salt, pepper,…) and we received complimentary water. Nice view on the sea. Washington machine and drying machine available. Friendly lady receiving us.
Currently still works going on for the pool al the ground floor. Looks a bit awkward now but will be solved. A pity to have the airco unit on the terrace instead of the roof: it makes it impossible to sit on the terrace when the airco is functioning inside.

The apartment is very good located ,close to the beach 10 minutes by car to the city center.It is lovely decorated,very cozy and stylish. Very clean.The furniture is great and very well equipped for longer stays.The owner is very responsive.The parking spot was a great added value to our weekend trip.
