Charm Studio – Lisbon Getaway

The studio has everything one might need for a brief stay, including a kitchenette, iron etc. Fluffy large towels, view to unexpected hidden city garden with cabbage and sad neighbors' dogs, a bit surreal lovely touch. Comfortable mattress.

The pillows have a flair of previous guests' sweat smell (though sheets were perfectly clean). The most annoying was relentless messaging ahead of stay insisting to fill a form. Dubious data protection compliance practices (including, it appears, very private data transfers outside the EU). What really disappointed me was the fact that they deactivated my code to enter the building before check out so I found myself stranded outside in the early morning hours without anybody available to help (for hours). They try to be lean and efficient but that's really at a cost of basic customer care and a human touch. A bit robotic. Humans only appear after, to apologise.

Very helpful hosts, even let me in before official check-in time. Very clean apartment, newly furnished.

Very clean and comfortable , and have good facilities in open kitchen!
