Had everything I needed. Well equipped

Very efficient and friendly check in and nice clean and well equipped place - as described. The courtyard is very spacious and the bed comfy.
Niggles were the shower took a long time to heat up and not much power/water. Door to the courtyard has a very stiff/fiddly lock. The area obviously isn't Lisbon's most picturesque but handy for the conference center and Belen. But good value overall.

The communication came in Portuguese. The owner was nice when we couldn’t find it. The apartment is very basic and difficult to find The shower was a trickle of barely warm water. It’s a 25 minute Uber ride to Lisbon.
No paper towels, napkins, or salt. The kitchen was nice. Beds are fine. Neighborhood was quiet. Would not recommend if you want to be closer to Lisbon.
