Comfortable bed and lounging area. Shower pressure was fine. Quiet and pleasant neighbourhood and convenient to facilities.
Bathroom vanity tap was in need of attention as there was a hammer in the pipe and the tap needed reseating, perhaps. There was a buzz coming from the bathroom light when in use. The kitchenette facililities, ie, the hot plates would benefit of an ungrade. Not that I needed it, but, there was no instructions on how to use the air fryer!

Very clean and comfortable beds.
There was no air conditioner. No undercover car park. Had to park on street.
