Cozy Apartment near City Center

Apartamentul este foarte curat, primitor și utilat complet. M-am simțit ca acasă încă de la intrare. Atmosfera este caldă și plăcută, iar gazda a fost extrem de atentă — ne-a lăsat o ciocolată mare și bomboane, un gest care ne-a bucurat mult.

Nu am nimic de reproșat. Totul a fost exact ca în descriere și peste așteptări.

Minden szuper volt.

A tulaj mindig elérhető és segítőkész volt, még késő este is, amikor a szállást foglaltuk. A bejutáshoz szükséges információk tömörek és egyértelműek voltak, minden gond nélkül ment. Fűtött szállással vártak, ami, jól felszerelt, elhelyezkedéséből adódóan minden fontosabb dolog könnyen megközelíthető (étterem, üzlet, központ...) Parkoló hely mindig volt 50-100 m-en belül.

Nem volt ilyen.

The host was easy to reach when we needed something. Location is close to center, but in a quiet area. There were 3 beers in the fridge when we arrived :)

🛑 The apartment is not well cleaned, the filth was not immediately visible, but if you looked behind / under the furniture ... it was dramatic, it looked as if nobody cleaned in years. And of course this filth (hair, flufs of dirt etc) was popping up every now and then when you moved around the house. 🥸 The pictures contain only a few items from the house - in reality, the 200 other things you don't see are old, cracked, smelly and/or noisy. The furniture is very old and smelly, the whole apartment bears a heavy scent of this old furniture. The bathroom door has probably witnessed the Romanian revolution 🫠 The shower curtain was yellowish with filth gathered over the years - I was afraid to look too close, after I spotted some signs of mildew... 📢 The zone is quiet, but the apartment is noisy - it is separated by a thin wall from the neighbouring apartment which is a gynecological cabinet. It seems the two formed part of the same apartment and the owner probably separated the rooms by an internal superficial wall. They even seem to share the same heating system - the heating unit started every now and then when the neighbours in the cabinet washed their hands 🤭 By the way, this heating unit was also from ancient times and made a terrible noise and had to be restarted once-twice a day to deliver hot water. 🍤 The kitchen items are old, some cracked and/or (unsurprisingly, again) smelly ... 🧿 The TV is ... old. No Netflix so bring your laptop 😒 There are all sorts of things in the drawers - you feel a bit like you entered into somebody else's house while they went on holiday. 🧨 This apartment is in no way ready to receive guests and needs a heavy do-over. Bye-bye to the old smelly furniture, proper clean-up, throw away the other smelly or filthy stuff from the house etc. 🤑 The 10-20 euros you might save per night compared to other places in this area are not worth the disconfort you will experience in the apartment.
