Retreat House "Induli" - Sauna, Swim, Hike, Forrest Bath, Art & Design

The property itself is very charming and authentic, with a spacious territory and plenty of room to relax. It is a great place for a retreat, to disconnect from the city, and enjoy nature. We genuinely had a good time overall and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there were several significant discrepancies between the listing and the actual property. The listing mentions a grill twice, yet no grill was available. We only discovered this before arrival because we contacted the owner to double-check. Had we relied on the information provided, we would not have brought our own portable grills and our planned celebration would have been negatively affected. When we asked about the grill, we were told that the property had a fireplace suitable for grilling. Upon arrival, there was no fireplace either. Instead, the owner suggested that we gather stones ourselves and create a fire pit. We found this quite surprising, as preparing a grilling area should not be the responsibility of paying guests. The property was also advertised as newly reopened with a shower, but there was no hot water because the boiler had not yet been installed. Additionally, we were never informed that the house operates solely on a solar-powered battery system with very limited capacity. After using a kettle and charging four phones, the battery was completely depleted overnight. By morning, we had no electricity nor water available for basic needs such as brushing our teeth or washing dishes. As a result, we had to take our dirty grills home to clean them. Most frustratingly, many of these issues could have been completely avoided if we had simply been informed in advance. The property itself is lovely, but the listing does not accurately reflect its actual amenities and limitations, which created unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment.
