Very well situated for many excellent beaches and the lively town of Royan.
Good air con unit in the front room as well of shared use of a good size pool opposite the mobile home.
All facilities indoors in good working order, a big fridge freezer.
Good Wi-fi to be signed in every day, easy process.
Good size tv working well (Orange)
Good strong shower.
Comfy beds.
Not very clean on arrival, not enough bin bags or loo paper but shops are not far away.
