Not applicable. Did not take the hotel breakfast. However, restaurants are aplenty near the area. The room view from the 27th was really breathtaking.

Perhaps allow a choice of pillows. The ones we had were too soft and flat.

1.5 hours late being checked in event after we requested an early check in Stove top not working with error code Broken washing machine which was a key feature we wanted - need to spend over 100rm on laundry service Water pressure I showers was low Room smelt damp Fire escapes stairs blocked by rubbish and horrible smell of sewerage and rubbish in the stairwell Not enough toilet rolls for the 5 people staying No hand soap Shower screens dirty Stained lounges and furniture Appalling customer service Told they would arrange another washing / dryer machine or have it repaired but never arrived Lifts take forever with queues up to 20 minutes. Lighting in carpark is terrible Difficult to find parking locations near the correct lifts in a confusing carpark that winds up 8 levels and makes you dizzy Remotes for air conditioners and fans hidden in draws room near 2 days to find them Beds are hard as a rock Fridge made a humming noise that woke you in the night
