Hôtel Le Roy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location makes getting to other areas on the island more accessible.

There was no microwave in the room. You had to go to the kitchen to get your food warmed up. Also, you had to go to the bar to get ice. It would be better if the guest could access these items on their own. I didn't like the fact that guest could smoke at the bar or on the beach. It's very hard to enjoy these areas when people are smoking.

Just returned home and got the email about leaving a review. I usually ignore these, but I really wanted to leave one this time as I work in F&B myself. The hotel is great: clean, beautiful and with a really lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were great too! I absolutely LOVED the live music, the beach barbecue and especially the fire torches on the beach. Such a beautiful atmosphere in the evenings! To the Food & Beverage team with the cool vibe - You were definitely one of the highlights of our short stay. From the dinner waiter with glasses and his great sense of humour, to the “boss lady” (I guess superisor) with the beautiful blue eyes - she was absolutely great and helpful in every department, always running wherever she was needed. She even rolled up her sleeves and changed our beds to twins when housekeeping seemed to have forgotten. We would have happily done it ourselves after dinner, but it was such a thoughtful gesture. And lastly, the cool-vibe bartenders, especially the long-haired one (Tariq?). I found him rather shy, but very warm and polite and I noticed he seemed to have quite a following from the white ladies from the UK/USA (including my friend!) I found it rather cute. Anyway, thank you all for the teamwork, kindness and positive vibe. It really made our short stay even more enjoyable. BEATA & MIRA

Unfortunately loud karaoke from the place next door, if you sleep in left part of the hotel. Water bottle in room would be good idea (but there is water at reception)

Very clean, great service, beach access is lovely.

The sargassum seaweed while natural couldve been cleaned from the beach a bit more
