    Excellent hotel.

Time out hotel was monitoring who came to my room especially the security guard. How did he know that I checked in by myself and not with someone else. He would not let anyone up to my room after 10. Since when does a hotel put curfews on customers? The stay was not bad , but telling us when people can go from my room especially when I paid my money for the room. I have been to Divi south winds and they have security at the gate and they let visitors in no matter the time. Time out is watching when people come and go like you’re staying there for free or like it’s a private home

Last minute booking as the flight got cancelled.. The staff put me in a room with two twin beds while travelling as a couple.. Made several requests to change the room or have someone come in and join the beds but the staff got very rude and basically told me cannot do anything.. If you want a refund go back to the site you booked this on
