we had.a warm welcome on arrival and stayed in large comfortable sea view room
the staff and students were all absolutely friendly and helpful. there was a nice selection for breakfast which we enjoyed and we had the Wednesday steak special for dinner that was excellent. the location was perfect on the sea front and 2 minutes to the shops.ideal for Exmoor and north devon
