Very friendly staff, great that the provide training to people with disabilities, great bar in house and good breakfast

No airconditioning in the rooms. Watch out with the shower it can be very hot

From the moment of checking in the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. They helped us with our luggage to our room. There are car parking facilities at the back of the hotel. There is a ramp from car park to hotel. The hotel is directly opposite the beach just one minor road to cross. They have two rooms for extra needs. One has a shower with wheelchair access. There is also a seat fitted to the wall. The other has a larger shower unit with not steps to climb into it, so a seat/stool could be used for those unable to stand for any period of time.

We both had the free continental breakfast which was quite sufficient for us as we are not 'breakfast people'

We thought it odd that the room had a kettle , tea.and, coffee but you could not fit the kettle in the small disability sink in the bathroom. In the heatwave didn't help that the kitchen area vents were under our rooms windows.

Foxes Hotel is a marvellous place to stay in Minehead. I've stayed twice now. The young students who serve you are very professional, polite, attentive and make your stay very special. The hotel is well situated and if you have a sea view it's a beautiful view. The rooms are very clean, with bath robes and little slippers if required,
