Small restrictions due to ongoing reconstruction of the street (06.2026) but when its done, it will be a great value to the location. No elevator available.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The views are truly special – you can enjoy a beautiful outlook over the beach right from the living room, and from the bedroom there’s a stunning view of Mount Vesuvius. Although some nearby construction slightly affected the view, it didn’t impact our experience in any meaningful way.
The apartment itself is spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It felt like a home away from home. There is also a place to park your car. Which is very nice and helpful
The host was wonderful – very kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy throughout.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
Only the outgoing construction of the building and the road. But that’s something the host cannot control

Renovatie appartement was ok, gebouw stond in de steigers wat ons kort voor afreis werd gemeld
Door renovatie was verkeerssituatie gewijzigd en hadden we door de renovatie een belemmerd zicht op het wel prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de eilanden
