The place was clean and the location was great. The balcony were the best part of the apartment.

1. The stairs we had to take from the 11th floor to the 12th floor was not communicated before hand. 2. The atrium in the middle of the rooms had a unpleasant smell. 3. The shower pressure were terrible. 4. The kitchen cupboards were not complete and the drawers did not open properly. 5. No bedside tables or lamps in the main bedroom. 6. No cupboard space for clothes. 7. The racks provided for hanging your clothes were broken in both rooms. 8. They supplied 2 stand fans and a desk lamp with two point plugs, but no adapters were supplied to plug it into the wall sockets. 9. The air conditioner needs to be re-gassed as it does not cool properly. 10. The headboard, TV stand and table gave a very cheap feel to the place as it was unfinished pine furniture. 11. The bedrooms are very small and uncomfortable. 12. The contraction at the entrance made parking difficult and the noise were constant. (This at least were not the owners fault)
