You will feel at home, Portoferraio is the capital of the island, a town with historic charm, with a lively center full of services, all surrounded by wonderful Caribbean beaches so as not to give up the pleasure of a turquoise and crystalline sea. A short distance from the accommodation starts a path that will allow you to reach the Ghiaie beach in 7/8 minutes on foot.

Il Marinaio is a studio furnished with attention to detail where the colors recall the sea and create a bright and relaxing environment. The sleeping area is on the opposite side of the kitchen and is equipped with a walk-in closet and window as well as a large television. The living area offers a modern kitchen with window, and a bathroom with shower. It does not have a parking space but the area is served by parking along the road.

Important Notes:
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 8:00 pm, a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- the rental must be for a maximum of 2 people and any infants without a bed
- pets are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travellers on foot are asked to inform our staff, in order to organise a more convenient key collection.
