This charming apartment is located in a strategic and quiet area in the municipality of Portoferraio, close to all amenities and just a 15-minute walk from the enchanting white pebble beaches of the north coast, including Le Ghiaie, Capobianco, and Padulella, famous for their crystal-clear water and boasting beach clubs, bars, and restaurants. The house does not have private parking, but there is free street parking nearby.
La Vela apartment is a bright, recently renovated studio apartment. Its furnishings are simple yet elegant, and despite its small size, it offers all the comforts that make it the perfect vacation home: a cozy double bedroom with a walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house also features air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, an iron and ironing board and a washing machine in an external room.
