Breathtaking ocean views await...Seaside Treasure is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located at Seascape. This unit will accommodate up to 8 guests. Open concept kitchen and living rooms. There is a king-sized bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, a galley bunk bed, and a fold out couch. Two balconies with great gulf views. The master has its own private balcony. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils and cookware, and a regular coffee maker. Linens and towels, wi-fi and cable television are all included in your stay. You will have no problem relaxing your day away in this wonderful condo. Just a short walk outside to the beach - you will not have to cross a busy street.

Beachside Retreat is on the secluded West End at Seascape Resort. You’ll be less than a 10-minute drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and The Seawall, with restaurants, shops, fishing piers and more. Groceries and souvenirs are just minutes away.
The Seascape complex has a large pool with 2 hot tubs. A separate beach side grilling/picnic area and its own gated walkover to the beach. There is also a laundry room at the complex.
There is a $30 resort fee for parking and amenities, automatically charged when the reservation is booked.

The property was exactly as depicted in listing. The unit was very clean. Bed linens, towels, everything was just perfect. I only had two issues.TV’s - Remotes mixed up between rooms & batteries low.Gate codes - Wrong code was given to us for beach & pool.The beach access was fabulous. No overcrowding on the beach. Pool & hot tubs were clean and the grounds were very nice. I highly recommend.

We have stayed at this property multiple times and only want to book here! The only downside for us is the kitchen is missing a few things like an ice cream scoop and wooden spoons. We also could have used more trash bags. If you’re planning on staying here make sure you bring extra paper towels. These are little things that we will bring with us next time. We genuinely love it here.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! We loved that you could walk to the beach without crossing the Seawall, with having 2 young kids, we did not want to cross the Seawall. The beach was not over crowded which was also a huge plus. We loved being able to go out on the balcony and see the waves! The only downfall for us was in the photos It showed a full size coffee maker, so we got coffee grounds when we went grocery shopping before going to the condo and when we got to the condo, it was a Keurig and used pods. I was a little frustrated with the pool area, it does stay open till 11, and its summer so lots of children there and the pool area was loud and kept our kids up. Overall, our stay was great and very happy the elevators were working!

Disappointing Stay – Would Not RecommendWe’ve stayed in this building before and had great experiences, but this unit was by far the worst. Upon arrival, security wouldn’t issue a parking pass because the rental agency never submitted our information. My husband waited over an hour with our young kids and still left without a pass.The unit looked clean at first, but wasn’t. Both showers had black mold—so bad in one that we couldn’t use it. The kitchen was extremely understocked with barely any dishes or cookware. A fake plant in the master bedroom was thick with dust, and we found a previous guest’s underwear under the furniture. The guest bed had no mattress cover, just a thin sheet, and the bedding was stained.Sean from the rental agency was initially helpful, but quickly became rude and unprofessional—even threatening to leave a bad review of us.The only positive is the location, which we’ve enjoyed in the past. But this unit is not maintained, not clean, and poorly managed. We will not stay here again and do not recommend it.
