The condo is perfectly, comfortably furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. It is one of the few high rise buildings that you don’t have to cross the busy street to access the beach. It was only about a mile from the busier area of the beach, groceries etc..the building itself is a little older but the condo is updated. Nice secure pool area, parking and gated access to the beach. It felt safe. This unit is situated so you have a perfect view of the water and morning sun. I would definitely stay again. They do not provide beach towels, just a heads up. Found some at Walmart for $5

The condo is in great shape, fit our needs perfectly, and the views are stunning!

The unit, while well located, lacked some essentials, such as paper towels, napkins and dish cloths and towels.
It was too small for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The listing shows 2 bd and 2 ba, but there was only one shower. Very tight accommodations, but the listing showed "sleeps 8". That would have been a disaster.
Not sure where to put the folded-up dining table because there was no room and no chairs.
Patio only sat 4, which needed to be explained in the listing.
The unit was clean, but very minimal for our group.
Listing showed $331/night. We stayed 3 nights and the total was over $2,000. Not value for money.
And...why was the pool heated in July??? Very uncomfortable.
