Condo was clean and inviting when we walked in. Beds and living room furniture were all very comfortable and an added bonus of a lazy boy recliner was great! Main bedroom has plenty of storage but guest room needs a small dresser or better closet since no where to store clothing items. Kitchen has all needed to cook/warm up leftovers. Be sure to bring your own hand soap, paper towels/toilet paper, trash bags, coffee etc. they do NOT supply it as I’ve seen with other condos on the island. Guess they know they can get away with it because the beachfront views are impeccable! We would stay here again! PS - be sure to get a condo key the automatic door lock did not work at all, what a pain that would have been to have to call maintenance day 1.

The view of the beach was absolutely awesome! The room was clean and comfortable l. The overall property was clean. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. Lets not forget the magnificent view of the sun rising. This a must return.

The condo was clean and the view was awesome. The check-in was quick. I very much appreciated the ability to check-in early in order to maximize our short stay. We pretty much had what we needed while we were there. I loved that fans were provided. However, I would have loved to have a coffee machine that takes pods. Overall, a very positive experience.

Place was very nice & clean. Great access to the beach & pool. Safe neighborhood. Check in staff was nice. Security guard hateful & grumpy. Pool staff was ridiculous. A young girl watching the pool stood over grown adults & kids would walk over & say no you can’t do that- this wasn’t kids or adults being rowdy. I am all for safe & healthy fun.... but pool rules were extreme- was told it was a liability issue with insurance. Kids were playing with a red ball size of a ping pong ball in pool & it was taken up because it may hurt someone. Our kids ages are 3&6. One lady would walk over & go over all pool rules before we could get in the pool (even if we’ve been there prior & had told us already) . Maybe get insurance coverage on pools to allow kids to play in a pool rather then having people babysit grown ups. It definitely was for older retirees.
