Get ready to enjoy our fully equipped designer apartment, newly renovated (June 2022), featuring a unique Chic Ibizan style. It includes an en-suite bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a living-dining room with a sofa bed. Located just 100 meters from one of Marbella's best beaches, Alicate Beach, with its beach bars (Nosso, Hipopótamo Beach). Nearby, you'll find pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport. Only 5 minutes away from Marbella's city center. We look forward to welcoming you!
