- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.
- Three designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay.
- Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores offer abundant paid public parking.
- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.

The pool is provided for guest enjoyment. By using the pool, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swimming and water activities.
• No lifeguard is on duty.
• Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No diving, jumping, running, rough play, or horseplay in or around the pool area.
• No glass containers in the pool area.
• Guests use the pool and all outdoor amenities at their own risk.
The registered guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their group follow these safety guidelines. Owners and hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property resulting from the use of the pool or outdoor amenities.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays.
- You don't have to stress about packing or renting beach gear! We provide beach towels, six chairs, a large cooler, a beach wagon, and an umbrella. Additionally, beach toys are available for the little ones to have fun!

Great host! Home was as advertised, in quiet neighborhood. Convenient to the beach and local stores/restaurants. Host was very responsive but not overbearing. Definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 had a great stay! The home was welcoming and had all of the basics for a great getaway. Each of us had room to move and be comfortable, the pool was a great way to cool down and there was so much to do within a short distance.

Everything was great. Very nice house. The AC needs to be balanced. The master room was freezing cold at night. All in all had a great time. Thank you for everything

We had a wonderful time! The property was clean and the pool was perfect. The pictures don't do this place justice. Many supplies were included which was a bonus! The kitchen is gorgeous and bigger than expected. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Great place to stay!!
