Nice little home that satisfied 3 couples of two attending a local wedding. The house was very clean, the air conditioning was cold and the wifi/tv was excellent. Everything was provided to make the stay better than getting a hotel room and the neighborhood was mostly quiet. Conveniently located near grocery stores and eating establishments in just a few blocks away.

The inside of the house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds in the queen bedrooms were very comfortable. We didn’t use the bunk bedroom so can’t comment on the comfort but it was clean as well. The showers were clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The towels provided were also clean but could stand to be freshened up, as they are looking a bit tired. The outside of the house was a bit overgrown, clearly the plants grew in since the listing photos and the back yard wasn’t quite as inviting as the pictures looked. We were there for baseball though, and this house met our needs for that. It’s an easy ride to Baycare Park and Steinbrenner Stadium for the games. There is a Starbucks and a grocery store really close to the home, and some places to eat but we didn’t eat there as we were gone most of the day. The neighborhood is a mix of homes in great shape to some needing tic, but it was safe and quiet. We saw folks walking dogs and kids riding bikes and scooters so it seems like a family neighborhood. The house next door had a bunch of cameras outside but they didn’t seem to be directed at this house and it didn’t seem like that was the norm in the area. Overall this is a great, clean, comfortable home and we would stay there again if we are going to rent there again.

Very clean and nice property overall. Loved the fire pit! Only complaint would be the beds. The bed I slept in caved in in the center. Didn’t get much rest while visiting.
