The entire suite has been given a fresh look with new luxury wood-like vinyl floors and a fresh coat of paint. Every piece of furniture and decor has been upgraded to brand new, modern items, creating a luxurious and relaxing vacation atmosphere.

You'll find top-notch amenities throughout, including a chic full-size kitchen with sleek granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Large sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and living room flood the suite with natural light and lead to your private oceanfront balcony.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all Caribbean Resort water amenities on site along with the fitness center.
Guests do not have access to restaurants/bars/gift shops/game room/laundry room.
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.
Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.
All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.
Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.

Location was perfect right out the door to the beach. Plenty of water amenities for the grandbabies. The condo was just as pictured. The host was fantastic on customer care and replies. Great quick getaway with family close to everything ❤️

The condo was nice…the amount of marijuana being smoked on other balconies made it almost impossible to go outside, not to mention even on the beach…maybe not the best destination for a family trip unless you like to have drugs done in front of your kids. Other than that it was great, in a good location easy to get in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in the quieter area of Ocean blvd which we loved- the teenagers would have preferred to be closer to the action on the strip.
The amenities were all great! We truly enjoyed ourselves.
