The location was great and place was perfect for a big family. Beds enough for our whole crew which is harder to find, and the hotel it is in has alot to offer. Pools were nice, and beach is also just steps away and kept very clean. The kitchen was nice and had everything.We needed to be able to get some food and prepare it there instead of having to eat out every night.
They did just remodel but we noticed that it seems that the job was rushed a bit. The kitchen sink was not attached to the counter but it seems someone tried to hold it up temporarily with screw underneath. That still left a big crack where water would go. It also pushed the cabinet so that the dishwasher didnt shut right. We did not use the dishwasher due to that reason until the last day, as the checkout instructions told us to. We were concerned with it leaking. The drain plug in the main bath also had a big hole that did not have caulking, another concern for leaking (we just tried to be careful while using it). I did send a message and alert them of these concerns they mentioned they would have maintenance take a look at it. Nothing was done while we were there, but I hope it has been fixed now. I would hate to have all of that work in the remodel ruined because of a few small details.That could be easily fixed.
It would be helpful to give a little bit more information Like room directions and trash removal.
Overall, the week we spent, there was very nice. It was clean and we enjoyed our time there.
