Located in Les Bossons at the entrance to Chamonix, a peaceful area located 4 Kms from the town centre.
You can walk to the city by a greenway enjoying the views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles, etc ... passing by the Gaillands lake and its natural climbing wall.
You can also use the train and buses on this path.
And many more walks in the forest.
Close to the slopes of Les Houches, a family resort and ideal for children.
Possibility of two parking spaces in front of the entrance to the Chalet.
This recent half-chalet is very well equipped, with a wood-burning stove.
On the first floor is the entrance, ski room, master bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine and separate toilet.
On the 1st floor large living room with fitted kitchen and pantry, dining area and lounge area with wood stove, WC. Balcony terrace.
On the 2nd floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, an attic bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 and balcony and a second attic bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200.
On request we can provide you with a cot and a high chair and the possibility of adding a mattress in the children's room (extra person with supplement)
Cleaning fee of 250 euros.
Tourist taxes to be paid on arrival if not paid by the platform.
