- 1 very welcoming TV area and library with the possibility of using the sofa as a very comfortable bed
-1 American kitchen open to living room with large work surface and possibility of sitting down to 6 people for meals (other possibility: extendable table very compact once folded to position in the living room in front of the wood stove)
- 1 private garden of 500 m² + sun terrace on one level.
- 1 garage usable to store suitcases, skis and boots .....
