About this house rental
In a highly coveted location near everything, with plenty of parking and class, this gem of a home is close to whatever brings you to Daytona Beach.
- 1.3 miles to beach access and drive on beach.
- 500 feet from intracoastal water walkway.
- Three public boat launches within half a mile.
- 4.4 miles to Daytona Speedway.
- Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and a brewery.
This charming home is a two bedroom, two living room one bath residential house located at the west end of the famous Seabreeze Bridge. There is a large lot that is completely fenced in with wide double gates to bring your car(s), boat, motorcycles, etc, through and park under a double carport.
The house has been updated in 2021 and 2022 with new AC, a new HVAC handler, and a tankless water heater. The original hardwood floors were refurbished in 2022.
We've decorated the house with many original Florida mid-century modern art and furniture pieces to try and pay homage to the house's age and design.
The master bedroom has two closets (his and hers), a 55" TV and a new queen bed. The guest room has one closet, a new queen bed, and a 50" TV.
There is both a formal living room and a family fun room. Both have 65" TVs!
The kitchen has an attached dining area that seats four.
Outside, there is a picnic table and a classic picnic/park charcoal grill all lit at night by beautiful string lights.

House is just as it appears in photos. It was very clean. Ron was very responsive to questions. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We spent February of 2023 enjoying Florida’s warmth and sunshine in this Vrbo rental. We are always excited when we can bring our dogs and they can enjoy a fenced yard. We arrived to a clean and tidy rental which is located in a safe neighborhood. The location is convenient to the beaches, boardwalk, downtown and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, the shower head is nice and most things we needed were provided. We spent a lot of time in the yard and grilled out often so some outdoor furniture and a nicer charcoal or gas grill would have been great. It is an older home and could still use some improvements. Unfortunately our stay was plagued by fruit flies which made cooking and eating challenging. We tried to remedy them ourselves the first week with boiling water and drano when that did not help we reached out to the owner Ron. Ron, who was always quick to respond, sent a bottle of green gobbler to the home to use on the drains. We treated the drains nightly until the bottle was gone but they still remained a problem. We reached out to Ron again, he offered to send an exterminator which we declined due to our dogs. We suggested a plumber to clean the drains but that never happened. We continued to clean the drains nightly with a salt, baking soda and vinegar treatment for the rest of our stay. We also swatted flies before each meal daily. Hopefully he was able to remedy the problem after we left before the next guests arrived.
