Came down for the Rolex 24 weekend and stayed here with some friends. It's a nice house and not far from the track at all! The property's owner was very helpful with any questions prior to and during our stay as well.

The main house was nice and clean the studio however needs some work. It smelled musty and stayed damp the entire stay, water was seeping up through the tile on the floor in the bathroom and in front of the kitchenette sink. The toilet barely flushes , and the bathroom has exposed pipes in the shelving area where it has not been fully completed, seems the shower stall is sitting on concrete blocks as well. This studio could be nice if it had been done properly. The washing machine in the main house was broken from a previous guest.We also had a run in with the rude neighbor, older man long straggly hair , fat belly, no shirt banging on the front door, claiming a cat he didn’t recognize had pooped in his yard and he has lived there for years and didn’t recognize it. He knows all the neighborhood cats he says so it must have been ours and “what were we gonna do about it?” We don’t have animals even at home, it was not our cat. So beware of the crazy neighbor. This rental isn’t located in the best area, the surrounding houses seem to be run down rentals minus a few like the crazy neighbor. We won’t be back.
