Located in Sammamish (formerly Issaquah) just 25 minutes east of Seattle, enjoy what this quiet 4-bedroom house with yard and garage. This charming property features 1 twin bed in the 1st bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs there is a queen in the master and 2 full beds in 2 additional bedrooms. On the main floor is a half bath. Upstairs in the main hall is a full bath and off the master is another full bath. The living room offers a sofa bed (full/queen). There is a TV in the main room and a TV in the master. The large backyard is fully fenced with many trees for privacy and peace. The location offers easy access to Lake Sammamish, Pine Lake and Beaver Lake, Douthie Hill Bike Park, Woodinville or Snoqualmie wineries and miles of trails in the Issaquah Alps and beyond. River rafting, fishing, Snoqualmie Falls. Easy access to Interstate 90 for a relatively quick 25 minutes to the airport or Seattle.

Lisa was an excellent host, proactively communicating throughout our stay and readily available to answer questions or provide assistance when needed. The house itself was lovely, featuring a well-stocked kitchen and comfortably furnished living room and bedrooms. These amenities contributed to a pleasant and relaxing stay. Overall, the accommodation met our needs perfectly and we would recommend it to other travelers.
