Welcome to Nature House, nestled in the picturesque community of Issaquah 17 miles east of Seattle, WA. Here, you'll find an enchanting oasis that stays evergreen all year round.
You are truly special to us, and we've prepared an exquisite treat for your stay – a clean, environmentally friendly, and comfortable 3 BR/ 2 Bath suite, thoughtfully attached to our home. As you step inside thru your private entrance, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting Kitchen Dining area, the private ¾ bath, and the in-suite laundry. Upstairs are 3 large BR's, full bath, and TV/Living room (and the couch has a comfortable pull-out double bed!). Robust WiFi is another perk. The large spacious deck has a charming dining table and BBQ grill. This space is yours to indulge in.
Nature House is tucked away in a safe and serene neighborhood, set on a 3/4 acre greenbelt, where tall cedar and fir trees sway gently in the breeze. It's a tranquil haven, offering you the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion.
Conveniently close to the I-90 freeway, our abode is just a short 2-5 minute drive to several Tech companies and Costco Corp HQ. Nearby, you'll discover an array of delightful dining experiences, specialty bars, shopping centers, and well-stocked supermarkets like PCC, Fred Meyer, QFC, Safeway, Home Depot, Lowe's and Tesla super charging pile. For those seeking entertainment, movie theaters are just a stone's throw away.
Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted to know that we're only 1 mile away from the Burke Gilman hiking trail that meanders along the east side of Lake Sammamish. Delightful ADU with everything you need for a group! We appreciated the little touches like labels for light switches and kid friendly items. It was great to have some private deck space too!
