About this house rental
This recently renovated home is located minutes from Owensboro’s many sports venues and the downtown riverfront entertainment district and only 15 minutes from Yellow Creek Park, site of the annual International Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s annual ROMP music festival.
It boasts four bedrooms (1-K, 1-Q, 2-T/T) on two floors to comfortably sleep 8, two full bathrooms (1-T/S, 1-S), a large fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, a dining room that can seat 6-10, and a basement with a TV area, a huge laundry area, and a ping pong table.
The large yard provides off street parking and plenty of room to relax. An enclosed front porch and a patio round out the space.
We were careful during the renovation to retain all of the original hardwood flooring and custom woodwork as well as the tiling and plasterwork. Updates such as LED lighting and stainless steel appliances alongside the mid century craftsmanship make for an instantly comfortable home during your time in Owensboro.
High speed WiFi and smart televisions allow you to enjoy your own streaming services. In keeping with our mid century origins, we can also receive local over-the-air broadcasts.

Stayed in this house while dealing with a difficult family health situation. The owner was wonderful and extremely flexible given the uncertainty of our situation. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Conveniently located off the highway and near several good eateries.

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Holiday World, which made things super convenient for our family. The home had plenty of space for all six of us and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend this place for families visiting the area!
