Had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was spacious. The rooms were as advertised. We found the area to be safe and pleasant. The property was about 40 minutes from Holiday World and we enjoyed downtown Owensboro as well (10 min drive). The owners were extremely responsive when we asked a question. We would definitely stay here again.

We were traveling for a youth football tournament with lots of kiddos. House was immaculate. Everything a family would need was provided. Rooms were nice size, beds were comfortable, kitchen was above standards, location was great. There were games and books for all ages too. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in this homely inviting house during family fun weekend. It was nice it has enough beds for our son to stay with us instead of in his dorm room. King and queen bed were super comfy. Owners very nice to work with. We definitely recommend this property.

When we first pulled up, I thought the house was going to be too small. Then after entering the house, it was great for our bunch of people. There was plenty of room to set up cornhole boards and other outdoor games. There were no complaints from anyone that stayed in the house. That says a lot because as you all know there is usually one in the bunch. It was a great time. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property.

Clean and comfortable. We stayed while attending a wedding in Rockport IN. Lots of space for 7 adults including privacy in multiple bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has the very basics including the always appreciated real coffee maker (no pods here - yay!) Shopping was nearby for forgotten items. Kevin was a great host, answered questions/concerns quickly and left easy to follow instructions. Thanks for the hospitality!

What an amazing property! My extended family and I met in Owensboro to attend a wedding. It was perfect for us! 6 adults and 3 kids ages 5-14. The beds were all nice and comfortable. The house is lovely! It’s located in a nice residential neighborhood and is close to everything. The owners respond very quickly to messages and they are very sweet. There is a nice backyard with a big shade tree, I recommend bringing along your camp chairs if you like to sit outside. The house has everything you need, I highly recommend!!

Perfect for large family!

Perfect for large family!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and stayed here with some friends. There were 4 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own bed and was able to get plenty of rest for the tournament! Thanks and we plan on booking again next year!
