View for miles. Walkable to Pier Park. Surprised to find blow dryers and 6 sets of towels in each of the 3 bathrooms, plus plenty of extra blankets and pillows. No real issues with the elevators. Just don't arrive right at 4pm or leave right at 10am - those were the only times we saw lines for the inside elevators. Plus patk on level 2 if at all possible- we did every day. Lots of amenities. Beds were comfortable, especially the queen. The back wall beIng all glass made for a great view and the sound of the waves dropped the blood pressure 20 pionts!

Let me say, I’m a property manager so I never give poor reviews if I can help it. The condo was great! The management of the building wasn’t great. We scheduled our days around the elevator. You cannot use it between 4-6pm (as people check in or come in from the beach) and very little 10-11 checkout. Other times using the elevator amounts to the elevator stopping 5-10 times while you wait to get from Ground to 30th floor. It’s especially annoying when you waited 10-20 minutes to get on said elevator.
We had to wait hours (during our trip) for the elevator even avoiding rush hour. If we had just been on the 10th floor I would have just ignored this issue and used the stairs. You can’t survive a 30th floor stay with 2-4 operable elevators and 500+ units competing for them. Also the ocean/ pools outside were too cold to use, I counted on the indoor heated pool for my 2 kids under 10. It was out of order until the very last day.
I give the condo unit a 5 and the condo building a 2.
