Lakefront, easy access to the water, and a sunset view! Blissful days on Greers Ferry Lake await you at this newly remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bath home. Narrows Escape offers all that you will need (and MORE) to make your vacation a memorable one! The peaceful setting offers convenience as well -- less than five minutes to Lacey's Narrows Marina.
As soon as you enter the home you will be greeted with an open-concept floor plan that gives you the perfect space to entertain. The living room features a fireplace with gas logs, Smart TV, and plenty of seating. Right off the kitchen, there is a lovely breakfast nook perfect for enjoying a meal or playing a game of cards! The kitchen is what dreams are made of and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook an amazing meal. You can even open the windows to the expansive screened-in porch connected to the deck with Weber gas grill. Down the hall from the kitchen, you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both rooms have queen beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom and third full bathroom are located in a detached structure connected by the deck and includes two full beds, TV, seating, and laundry space.
The screened-in porch is where the action will surely be (besides the lake)! There is plenty of seating for everyone, including sofa, rocking chairs and a dining table for 8. With incredible water views, we know this is where you will be spending your time! Outside you will also find a firepit area, picnic table, horseshoes pit, and expansive lawn offering gentle slope and easy walk to the lake for swimming and fishing.
