Enjoy Greers Ferry Lake at this newly renovated 4BR, 2BA home on a quiet street by the lake, a 1/2 mile from the marina. This updated home offers all of the makings for a relaxing getaway, complete with a huge deck and patio with multiple outdoor dining tables, two kitchens, a game room with ping-pong, a large fire pit, and office space with fast wi-fi. There are no stairs inside of the home. The home is made of two separate living quarters with stairs on the outside.
Don't be surprised if you see a family of deer walking through the yard in the morning or at dusk. Venture to Sugar Loaf Mountain via the ferry at the nearby Marina or rent a boat for the day.
