Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. They can also use the pools and hot tubs located on the bottom level of this building. There is outdoor pool, lazy river, kids pool as well as indoor pool and hot tub.
Boardwalk Resort is located within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and more.
Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

Great view. Clean. Furniture very uncomfortable. All beds uncomfortable, couch same. I upgraded to a 2:00 checkin and didn’t receive my code until after I called you after 2:00. View was great. Parking was easy. In and out of Boardwalk was good.

Very nice place to stay for vacation the owner was wonderful and able to answer questions as they arose we had a great stay and will definitely keep this rental in mind when coming back to myrtle beach

We had great time in Myrtle Beach. Part of it was thanks to great communication with the property manager and her quick responsiveness. Place is very nice, clean and cozy. It was perfect for our group. We will return.

Some aspects were out of the owner's control (Rain storm/ humidity). But even though there were humidity sensors, the couches upon entering the room were soaked. Took about 24 hrs to completely dry. A lot of water seeped through the walls/ AC unit? Not sure. But my parents almost slipped twice...All that aside. Great area. Good AC. Easy check in. Good appliances and communication with the property managers.
