This apartment, located next to Puerto Naos Beach—one of the island’s best-known beaches, which enjoys an enviable climate year-round—has been completely remodeled and features a private parking space. With direct access from the garage to the apartment via the elevator, it features two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious living room with a TV area and kitchen.
Its large terrace overlooking the mountains lets in plenty of light and features a dining area as well as a space to relax, read, or enjoy the views. At the end of the street, you can see the sea, as the beach is just 50 meters away.
In Puerto Naos, you can find everything you need within walking distance: a pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, a bus stop, and more. A 5-minute drive away, you’ll find the picturesque Cala de Charco Verde, or the small fishing village of El Remo, where you can sample local cuisine and fresh seafood.
