Bon emplacement assez calme (un peu de circulation le matin et en fin de journée), grand parking public à 100 mètres avec toujours de la place. Plusieurs commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied. Plage à 2 minutes. Appartement assez bien agencé et équipé. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Nous avons trouvé les matelas un peu fermes à notre goût.

Excellent location for the Puerto Naos beach (less than 5 minutes walk). Puerto Naos is on the sunnier/warmer side of the island so it's not a bad place to set as your base. Amenities are very near (supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, bus stop, large parking). The large balcony is good to relax in the afternoon.
It's a standard older Spanish apartment so be ready for the following: zero sound insulation (you can hear the neighbours, you can hear everything going on in the street at all times, and when the restaurant downstairs has music on, you can hear that in your bed), zero temperature insulation (the temperature outside will equal the temperature inside), howling noise of the winds due to the typical Spanish windows that just don't work, small beds (140cm wide mattress in the master bedroom), cold tiled floor (slippers or socks needed), small water heater (showers need to be very fast if 2 people need to shower at the same time). Kitchen is very basic so don't expect to do much cooking.
