Our unit is located in the Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, galleries, boutiques, and world-class restaurants. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.
Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Touro neighborhood while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute drive to the WWII Museum, a 5 minute walk to the St Charles at Louisiana streetcar stop. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 15-20 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

UNIT DISCLOSURES
–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of unit is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The spa is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and spa maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.
BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS
–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
–Pets are not allowed at this property.
–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.
–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

This space is gorgeous and well appointed. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I was worried being so close to the hospital that we would hear sirens all night, but it was very quiet and peaceful at the rental. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. And we had plenty of linens and towels. Thanks for a beautiful experience!

This is an amazing home! The decor is outstanding! The beds are so comfy. Location is great! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! Communication with the host was quick and efficient! This unit in this home is great for a large group. There is plenty of space for everyone! Parking can be found around the corner in a lot. It was not very expensive at all and we were shocked by that as well. If you go on a weekend you can park for free in front of the home as well as side streets. Some utilized the pool and loved it! Very nice and the pool was heated as well. We would definitely stay here again when returning to New Orleans! Once again, this unit looks as pictured with the most fabulous decor! Oh! Very clean as well!

We had a great Thanksgiving! Really enjoyed the city, it was so nice to come home too such a historic part of New Orleans. The house was clean, well stocked, spacious. We had a party of six and everybody was able to spread out really easily. Lots of space to gather. Highly recommend. There were a few questions I had at check-in and the host was extremely responsive, even through the holiday.

Everything was fine… just being coffee filters and extra toilet paper and all your own seasoning and condiments and ice….. water takes a minute to get warm. Random people show up sometimes for the pool but it was fine.
