• 25 m² living room with lime-rendered walls and natural stone flooring (ground floor)
• 15 m² bedroom upstairs with a 140 cm double bed and wooden flooring
• 8 m² bathroom with bathtub/shower and sink
• 30 m² dining room / kitchen area with a large extendable farmhouse table
• Exterior facade with exposed stone
• 40 m² west-facing terrace with traditional paving – perfect for a plancha or a relaxing sunset moment
• Enclosed and tree-lined 300 m² garden
• Private entrance and parking (space for 2 cars)
The house is well insulated and fully equipped for year-round stays:
• Modern electric heating and a wood-burning stove in the original fireplace
• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.)
