Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. We had a wonderful visit to the Jersey Shore! This house is nicely decorated, clean, a great pool, on a quiet street, close the beach, boardwalk, town and there is a cute park a block away. I do wish for the price of the rental that sheets and towels were included. We fly in from out of state so, I wish I didn't have to deal with getting sheets & towels and making beds.
